In 2007, Dereham Posties retained the Norfolk Primary Cup by beating UEA Res. 3-2 on penalties after a 1-1 draw in the Final played at Dereham Town F.C. on Friday, 13th April. Dereham Posties (2006 and 2007) are the 4th team from the League to win the Norfolk Primary Cup in the last six seasons joining Methwold Hythe (2002), Yaxham (2004) and East Harling (2005) on the winners list. They are also the first club in the last quarter of a century to retain the Cup which in itself is a tremendous achievement for a team from outside the League’s top Division.
